10 Reviews For This Extension
Jobalytics terrific. It is easy to use and gives clear analysis. It makes applying for jobs a lot easier, because it removes the uncertainty associated with applying for jobs not knowing which one your resume is a good match for. So you don't waste your time applying for jobs which the ATS will not find your resume useful. Jobalytics tells you which jobs are god fit for you based on the keywords in your resume matched against the job description.
I am not sure of the accuracy in comparing to my resume. I scored a high % but it picked up a random word. You have to double check the highlighted key words with other resume tools or apps but its worth a try as its a free.
Mostly useless on Linkedin, but slightly useful on Glassdoor. It picks the most random keywords that have nothing to do with the job posting. One example is the keyword "vision", part of the compensation package under benefits.
It matched my resume with the JD and i was like 'this tool is terrific'. Go use it, job seekers
Quite Helpful for job seekers.
Awesome. Not perfect, but still awesome! Gets you half way there.
I was really excited when I saw a link to this on LinkedIn, but I have to say that I'm pretty disappointed. I cannot upload a resume via the upload link at all; drag and drop worked, but now I cannot replace my resume with an updated one. When I couldn't find a good way to contact the developer, I looked up the project and managed to find a GitHub repo that hasn't been touched in over 5 years, and the blog hasn't had anything new in 2 years, with all of that being generic job advice, and nothing about the app itself. I'm keeping my rating at 2 stars because it does help single out a few useful keywords in a job listing, but overall, it does not realize its potential.
Maybe it's my line of work, but the "keyword matches" and "what's missing" that are plucked from job descriptions aren't even close to what would be considered crucial for the role.
This is very useful for me.
easy to use, and very impactful
